WE TEST EACH MILKING BATCH (TO VERIFY) OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD SAFELY (INSTEAD OF PASTEURIZING, WHICH CAN DAMAGE DELICATE RAW MILK COMPONENTS). BECAUSE WE DO NOT PROCESS OUR RAW MILK, OUR PRODUCTS ARE LEFT 100% DIGESTIBLE.
We proudly meet and EXCEED all required Montana state testing and provide our own unique test & hold protocol. Under our Test & Hold Protocol, we test for E.coil and coliform. Our family-owned business believes there is power in numbers and that is why we work closely every single day with regulating and inspecting our milk. As part of our plan, all milk from each day is assigned a unique “Best by Date”, which provides accurate tracking of all milk batches. This allows us to efficiently connect our milk to batches to all test results. We only sell milk that is within standard guidelines. Our goal is >1 coliform per 1ml of milk. All our milk is tested, then held 24 hours before jugged.
